General conditions

This website (www.catanyworld.com) is managed by Solve Business BV . These “general conditions” apply to the use of this website and the orders that you place via this website, as well as to all agreements between you and Catany World are created via this website. We request that you carefully read these terms and conditions and also review them regularly. We can change these terms and conditions from time to time.

1 Order products

1.1  To place an order, you must follow the online ordering process and create an account on the website. The various steps for this are shown on the website. After following these steps you a      purchase agreement with us regarding the products ordered. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation of receipt also contains the content of our agreement (your order). You must keep this e-mail. We will archive the agreement under the order number mentioned in that e-mail.

1.2  The offer on our website is without obligation. This means that we can withdraw any offer of a product. This is also possible after you have placed an order and after you have received a  confirmation of receipt. For example if it appears that an ordered product is not more available. We will inform you of this immediately upon receipt of your order. In that case, no purchase agreement has been concluded. To the extent that you have already paid, we will return the related amount.

2 Price and payment

2.1  The product prices are stated on the website, including VAT and any other taxes. In addition to these prices, we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs will be displayed in the overview of the total costs for your order, before you complete your order. The available payment methods are also shown on our website.

3 Delivery and ownership

3.1  The buyer investigates and is aware of the local laws and regulations with regard to the sale or use of CBD-A products. Catany World is not liable if the CBD-A products of Catany World do not comply with local laws and regulations. The buyer has the responsibility to be informed about these local laws and regulations before proceeding with the purchase of Catany World products.

3.2  We strive to deliver within 15 days of receiving your order, unless special circumstances. If it appears impossible to deliver within that period, we will contact you in time.

3.3  You acquire ownership of the products when we have received full payment of all related amounts, or at the time of delivery, whichever is later.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

4.1  You acknowledge and agree that we or our licensors are and remain entitled to all content and other materials contained in this website and the products. You agree that you will only use such content and materials in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5 Returning products

5.1 Did you order something on this website as a consumer? Then for a period of 14 days after receiving a product you have the right to terminate the agreement on the basis of your right of withdrawal. If you wish, you can follow the instructions and explanation on our information page about the right of withdrawal (“What about the right of withdrawal?”) You will also find the withdrawal form there.

5.2 The ordered product must also meet what you might expect from this on the basis of our agreement, partly in view of the nature of the product and our communications about the product. If, in your opinion, a product does not meet this requirement upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We request that you clearly state which product is involved and what is wrong. We will give you further instructions based on this. You will find our contact details below.

6 Events

6.1 The Catany World website also has an agenda with events related to our products, such as information meetings. These events are usually not organized by Catany World itself, but by Businesspartners of Catany World. You have the option to register for an event via this website. If you do that, you are actually registering with the relevant partner. The terms and conditions of that partner also apply. For each event it is indicated who organizes the event and which conditions apply for participation and registration.

7 Liability

7.1  We have compiled and selected this website and the products with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee that our website is always available, nor that the information on the website is always complete, correct and up-to-date. To the extent possible under applicable law, we exclude our liability for any damage resulting from any use of the website or the information there on.

7.2  As soon as the products have been delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk with regard to these products is transferred to the Customer. If explicitly agreed otherwise, the risk is transferred to the Customer earlier. If the Customer decides to collect the products, the risk passes when the products are transferred.

7.3  The recommended dosage for the use of Catany World products is 1 to 2 capsules per person / per day or 6 – 12 drops per person per day. Exceeding the recommended dosage is at the customer’s own risk.

7.4  Catany World advises customers who are under medical treatment to first contact the treating physician before using of the products.

7.5 When traveling abroad, Catany World advises clients to obtain information in advance from the customs authorities of the country in question whether importation and use of CBD-A is permitted.

7.6  Contrary to the above, our liability in relation to products ordered via the website is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

7.7  The limitations of our liability do not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence on our part.

7.8  Our website may contain links to other websites. You acknowledge and agree that we have no influence whatsoever on such websites if they are not managed by Solve Business BV. We therefore have no liability in connection with such websites. We recommend that you consult the conditions and privacy policy available there on each website.

7.9  Business partners have software to protect their own computer against viruses and malware.  Catany World is not liable if there is damage to the customer’s hardware or software.

8 Personal information

8.1 You guarantee that all data that you enter on the website is correct.

8.2 We process the personal data collected via our website in accordance to our privacy policy.

9 Business partners

9.1 To the extent that you purchase Catany World products as a “Business Partner” and have entered into a separate agreement with Catany World, the provisions of that separate agreement will prevail in the event of deviation over what is stipulated in these terms and conditions.

10 Various

10.1  Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.

10.2 Any disputes in connection with these general terms and conditions will be submitted to the court that has jurisdiction under Dutch law.

10.3 These terms and conditions do not affect your rights under mandatory consumer law.
